Our Guy

Can you find the carrot on his head? Don't ask me how but he got it there. It stayed there for awhile.

Dallin now loves to pull all the books off the shelf. He just found them. Yes, a few have hit his foot. I feel bad for him when they do but he finds them so fast.

I guess Dallin has found a good place to hold his pacifier until he needs it again.

Dallin always loves the sink and car keys. I'm sure he was in heaven having both!

Dallin was so fun to watch try and eat peas. He would pick them up one at a time. He got a few in his mouth but most ended up in his lap.

Not Fun Being Sick

This last weekend, Ryan and I were so excited to get out of the valley and go to Snowflake. We were going to stay with his sister and go to 2 wedding receptions. I had to sub in an all day kindergarten class so we left when I got home. I don't know how those all day K teachers do it. I was tired. Dallin seemed happy during the day and took a good morning nap. As we left, Dallin's little cough turned into a deep, something to worry about cough. But, he did really well on the car ride. He took a 45 min nap in the middle and watched 1 baby einstein movie. He was a big boy through it all. When we got to the reception and got Dallin out, he had a fever. I just hoped a good night's rest was what he needed. He was happy to be free from his car seat at the reception. When we got to Lindsay's house and unloaded our stuff, Dallin started to cry and his voice seemed deep and hoarse. Ryan and I looked at each other- oh no! We gave him motrin and got him down by 8:30. An hour later he was awake and not happy. It was finally midnight when we got him back to sleep. I was sure he would sleep in till at least 8 but sure enough at 5:40 he was awake. Poor guy!! When he only slept for 30 minutes at 8:30 that morning we decided to pack up and leave. Our 48 hour trip turned into a 15 hour trip. He was really good on the drive home though. He watched einstein the whole way but would only sleep for a few mintues.

My poor guy on the way home! We were all glad to be home!!

We did lots of snuggling at home. It was hard for Ryan because all Dallin wanted was for me to hold him. He would turn if Ryan put his arms out.

We took him to Twilight hours at our doctor on Sat. Dallin ended up with croupe. It's a virus and a bad cough. His fever finally broke Sat night. We were so glad for that.

His blanket has always been by his side since he has been sick. He likes to play with the tag and I guess he even likes it in his sleep. We found him holding the tag last night. Whatever makes our little guy happy!!

On our way home from Snowflake, we stopped to see the snow. This was the first time Dallin saw snow. He didn't care much about it. He touched it and then went back to watching einstein.

We brought a cooler home filled with snow for Kennedy. Her and Hadlee had so much fun with the snow. When their dad came home they even had a snowball fight!!

I Love Ryan

I LOVE RYAN BECAUSE . . .

He holds and honors his priesthood.

He worries about me.

He knows when to give me a hug.

He loves to snuggle (so do I).

He likes to help cook dinner.

He looks at me and says "Hi Beautiful" all the time.

He takes the garbage out.

He sends me texts to just say I love you.

He gets my door for me.

He has a huge heart.

Thanks honey for loving me and being you! I love you so much! I can't imagine my life without you! Happy Valentine's Day to all of our friends and family. I have to say Happy Single's Day to a few. We love you all. Thanks Hadlee and Kennedy for the cupcakes and goodies.

Happy Birthday

Last night we went to Chuck E. Cheese for a fun birthday party. Thank you Scott and Marjorie for the food, fun, and everything that you did! Happy Birthday My Boys!!

Nathan turned 5 on Jan. 31 and just got into kindergarten. Yea!

Andrew turned 4 on Jan. 16. He didn't want to look away from his game.
I guess I didn't get a picture of Brandon. He turned 1 on Feb 2.

As you can see, Dallin had lots of fun. He loved the car games and never wanted to let go of the steering wheel. Another boy was waiting patiently for Dallin to be done playing with the steering wheel. He never played the game just the wheel. I finally had to peel off Dallin's fingers so the other boy could play. Let's just say Dallin wasn't happy with me. Poor guy! We need to find one he can play with at our house.

Dallin had lots of fun with his cousins. This is Mason and Carter, the twins. They always are cute in their matching outfits.

My Boys

I just love my two boys! They both make me so happy. I wake up each morning feeling so blessed because of them!! I love this picture of my boys!!

Dallin's new tricks

We can no longer just keep our toilet lid down. That used to be all we had to do to keep little hands out of the water. Now, our little man has figured how to lift up the lid and hold it while getting his other hand in the water. It didn't take him long to figure it out. I laughed as I had to call Ryan to tell him. Dallin would put his hand in the water and then look at me with this look like "Haha I figured it out." Our little man is so smart!!

Dallin used to love to play with Ryan's lunch box and push it around. One afternoon Ryan and I were talking and looked down. Dallin had gotten the lid completely off and was pulling all of the things out. We had to laugh!!

Happy 50th

Last Saturday the Farrs had a big celebration for Gary and Stacey!! Stacey turned the BIG 50 last Dec and Gary will turn the BIG 50 Feb 15. We celebrated their day in the middle in January. It was fun to chat with lots of family and friends. Good job all those that planned this fun night! Happy Birthday Gary and Stacey!!

We made cupcakes for the party. As you can see, I had to get Ryan. It was too tempting. He was even really nice and didn't smash one in my face. I was waiting for that. Love ya honey!!
