Our Sweet Hannah

Hannah is such a precious girl that we love so very much! These are a few cute pictures of our little girl!

Hannah wide awake just as content as can be with the world!

Ryan loves his Princess and loves to hold her! Yes, she gets plenty of kisses too at our house. I'm not sure if Ryan gives more kisses or Dallin!

I love this picture- Dallin had just gotten up from his nap. He layed down next to her and was just watching her!

Hannah loved all of the Nana time she got. We miss Nana!!

Dallin loves to feed Hannah and does a pretty good job!

This is the back of her hair- she has quite a bit and is pretty full.

Hannah has found her thumb or fingers a few times and gets sucking hard. She's so cute!

Hannah snuggling on the floor with her blanket!

Our sweet girl that Heavenly Father has blessed our family with!

Pictures, Pictures, and more Pictures

It has been quite the week at our house. Lots of adjustments for everyone but I have to say it has gone pretty well. Of course it was a very big week for Dallin and Jacob. I was really worried about Jacob because he is a Momma's boy and gets jealous whenever I am holding anyone else. He has been just very curious and interested in Hannah. It has been so cute to watch. He is right there if she cries and will babble to her. If I say let's go check the baby, Jacob is the first one by her pac n play checking on her. Dallin is such a sweet, older brother. He always wants to hold her, kiss her, help burp and feed her. It is so sweet to see the love he has for her. Just this morning, Ryan was holding Hannah and Dallin came up to them and said "She's so little." It was cute. Ryan has been a big help with trying to make sure I'm not taking on too much. He is too cute to watch with his Princess. He says the sweetest things to her. Ryan is an awesome dad!! Stacey, Ryan's mom, has been here the last couple of days. Thanks so much! It was nice to have the extra hands and Dallin loves to do things with Grandma. My mom is on her way and we are excited to see Nana. It has been nice to have all of this help.
Now onto the star of the week- Hannah Nicole! I still look at her and am amazed that she is here. She is so sweet and precious! She is an easy going girl! Just these last 2 days she has started to be awake more and will just look at the world and seems content. She is pretty good and has given me 5 hours at night 2 times this week. I was worried to let her sleep so long but she is an ounce over her birth weight so the doctor said she can sleep as long as she wants at night. We had a doctor appt Thur and she was 5 lbs 15 oz (10%)and 19 and a half inches (25%). Yes, at birth she was 18 and a half but they say they are so curled up it's hard to get an accurate measurement. I'm just glad she is healthy. And right now I would have to say her hair color is more blonde with little darker spots in the back- no red hair! We already love this little girl so much!!!

Hannah Nicole Farr

Hannah Nicole Farr was born Monday, Sept. 20, at 12:29 pm. She weighs 5 lbs and 14 oz and is 18 and a half inches. She is perfect in every way!! All I can say with this labor is it came fast and it came hard. She is worth every bit of the pain and we are so excited she has joined our family. Last Friday I was at a 3 and 80% effaced. We knew she could sit there for a while or come at anytime. I was having little contractions off and on but nothing consistant. Monday morning the boys and I headed to the track to walk not feeling anything. At about 8:30 the contractions started. I called Ryan and told him I wasn't sure. Just after 9 I called Ryan and told him to get home fast. They were painful. He got home and we threw stuff together and the contractions were about 3 to 4 min apart and becoming unbearable. I didn't how I would make it to the hospital 45 min away. We were so blessed Ryan's sister who lives in Snowflake was going to meet us at the hospital to take the boys. Let's just say that was the longest drive of my life. The pain was unbearable and 2 min apart. I was in tears and didn't know if I could do this. We finally got to the hospital and I could barely walk. The nurses were so nice and helped me and tried to comfort me. They checked me and I was at a 5 and 90%. I pleaded for an epidural and they had to do a few things first. About 30 min later the nurse checked me again and I was at a 7 and 100%. They didn't think I would get an epidural because I was going so fast. They kind of bent the rules and didn't wait for my blood work to come back and my best friend- the drug man- came to my rescue. I got my epidural. By noon I was ready. We had to wait about 25 min for the doctor. I couldn't believe how exhausted I was after my epidural started working. I think I even fell asleep waiting. After 2 and a half pushes our Pumpkin joined our family. That was the hardest thing I have ever done. Her pain was so much harder than Dallin's, what I thought was hard, back labor. I think she takes the cake. Jacob's labor was such a walk in the park. I would do it again if I had to for her! Hannah is such a sweet and precious little one. I forgot how tiny and small they are. Ryan is so cute with his princess. Everytime he holds her he says "Hi beautiful!" I can't wait for our boys to see our Hannah! Dallin has been working on saying Baby Hannah! Thanks Lyndsay! We owe you huge for helping us with our boys!! Just a few pictures now. Trust me Ryan has many, many more to share!

I love our little girl!!

She's so precious!!!

Hannah Nicole is named after one of my best friend's Aimee Nicole who was taken away from us too early. She was in a horrible accident. We love you Aimee Nicole. I know Aimee was here with us during Hannah's labor and delivery. Hannah is one very special girl to have Aimee looking over her!!

Surprise Shower

This last Saturday some sneaky people got a surprise baby shower put together for Pumpkin. I could not believe that Ryan was in on this too. He never can keep a secret from me. Thanks to Lyndsay, Megan, Amilee, Stacey, and Alice it was a lot of fun. We got so many cute and adorable things. She is all ready with clothes, little bracelets, and hair clips and bows. We got several soft, much needed blankets. Of course, we really appreciated the always needed diapers and wipes. I am so excited for the car seat cover that Ryan's family got for Pumpkin. Now we are really ready for this little one to bless our family. We can't wait to see her. Thanks again ladies for such a fun afternoon!

Preschool

Dallin started preschool today!! We went by his teacher's house last week to meet her and I knew right away she was going to be great for him. She gets down on his level to talk to him and just is very nice. She also has baby doggies which Dallin loves. He didn't really want to go this morning and told me I had to stay. But once we got there and he started to play he was okay. I asked him if I could leave and he said yes. I told him I loved him and I would be back to pick him up. He even said bye to me. But when I got to the door he started to cry a little. The teacher was really good and comforted him and I left. Yes, by the time I got to the truck I had tears. Dallin is my Dallin and I can't believe he is already in preschool. He is growing up so fast. When I picked him up he said he had fun and wanted to go back. That was a relief. This preschool will be great for Dallin!

I wanted to get some good pictures of Dallin before preschool but of course he didn't want anything to do with pictures and didn't want to wear his backpack. This is the best picture I could get of him right before preschool.

This is what Dallin did when I told him to look at me with his eyes- he closed his eyes. My little stinkers.

Please Be Careful

I was totally shocked but I guess it doesn't surprise me in the end. Ryan got an email yesterday from his mission president. He had a sad sob story about being in London and being robbed and he needs money. The crazy part was it was from his real email address. But my red flags went up right from the beginning. Ryan asked what he could do to help. You think it would be legitament with it being sent from his right email. But we got an email back this morning saying to wire $1950 through Western Union to London and he would pick it up and pay us back. Well, there you go- SCAM. Ryan is going to go to his mission website and warn everyone of this scam. I felt bad doubting him from the beginning but in this world today you never know. Also, my sister had her pay pal account hacked into and they were using her account. Luckily Amazon caught it for her. Please, be very careful with everything on the internet. You just never know!!
