Awesome Franklin Northeast Students

Hi to all my wonderful students. I can't believe some of you still check our blog. It's so nice to hear from you. I hope you have had a fun, relaxing summer. I can't believe school is about to start and some of you are going into 6th grade. We had lots of fun in 3rd grade. Remember to keep smiling for me.

1 Month

Where has this last month gone? Jacob is already 1 month old. I do have a picture from the hospital the day he was born but we can't find our camera. As soon as we find it I will post that picture. We had his check up today. He is 21 and a quarter inches long and 8 lbs 9 oz. He's growing up and too fast!!

Dallin and Jacob together. I want to see both my boys grow each month.

Jacob wide awake and loving the swing.

I forgot to post this picture last time. This was in the hospital just a few hours old. I love this picture!!!

Jacob Ryan

Jacob is such a sweet boy! He is growing and getting cuter by the minute- no I'm not biased. The hardest part for me is having 2 little ones that need me. I just plug along and am grateful when Ryan comes home. I sure do miss having family around.

My 2 boys taking a nap at the hospital. We were all exhausted.

Ryan always gets to snuggle with our sweet boy!!

An angel's face that I love so much!!

This is priceless!! Dallin wanted me to read to him and I told him just a second. I came back into the room and he was reading to Jacob and babbling away. My heart just melted.

Dallin Gary

We love our Dallin. He sure is growing up and becoming a great BIG brother. He loves Jacob and loves to go up and pat his head. I love this boy so much!! This is just some of the fun we have with Dallin.

Dallin loves trucks and tractors. He was loving Grandpa's big tractor!!

We have 1 oclock church. Dallin didn't get a nap that Sunday and fell asleep in Ryan's arms at 8:15 that night. We were shocked.

Dallin is all boy! We planted a garden and I came around the corner and found Dallin loving all the dirt and compost. Ryan had told him to lay in it so he did. Ryan just smiled!!

Dallin sure loves Papa!!

Don't mess with Dallin- he's COOL!!

Ryan's Baby

A couple of weeks ago we got this truck. We were having a few worries with our jeep and Ryan worried it would die on us and we would be stuck getting nothing for it. Back to car payments for us but our goal is to have it paid off in a year and a half. I do love our truck. It's getting a few repairs done in the Valley and I can honestly say I miss it.

Introducing...

...Jacob Ryan!!! I know this is so late. We don't have internet and it has been a little busy at our house. Jacob joined our family Wed, June 24, at 3:43 am. He weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 19 inches long. He is perfect in every way. We love this sweet boy so much!! Jacob's labor was so easy and very different from Dallin's labor. I had horrible back labor for 18 hours with Dallin. With Jacob, we went to the hospital and my doctor broke my water at 10:30 the night before. My contractions weren't that bad at that point and it wasn't back labor. But yes, I did get an epidural. He came 5 hours later after 15 min of pushing. I had to laugh because at 3 am I was already at a 10 and told not to push- whatever I do don't push until the doctor got there. I went from a 6 to a 10 in about 30 min. That was a long 20 min wait for my doctor to get there. He came out with a good cry and I knew our Heavenly Father had blessed us with one amazing little boy!! He is such a cuddler and a snuggler. We love our Jacob Ryan so much!!

Dallin is a great big brother. The first thing he wanted to do is to hold him and hug him and give him loves. He is always so soft with Jacob. It was so sweet when Dallin gets down at Jacob's level and in a soft voice starts to talk to him. They are already best friends.

A great story for Jacob to know.... on our way to the hospital we did get pulled over. It's about a 45 min drive to the hospital. My contractions weren't that strong and were every 5 to 10 min apart. Ryan was just excited and nervous. He was going 83 in a 65. The cop saw our stuff in the back seat and saw me and said he figured. But, he still took our stuff and went back to check us out. He did give us a warning and all I could do was laugh!! Poor Ryan- he will never live this down!!
